Spawners

Spawners are meant to be a rare commodity. You will notice they're not just handed out, and this is for good reason. Too many spawners can leader to server performance issues. We do not want that, so spawners will remain a rare item.

Silk-touching

• You cannot silk-touch naturally generated spawners.

• If you or someone else has placed a spawner, that spawner(s) can then be silk touched to be picked up.

Changing a Spawner Type

• To change the entity within a spawner, you need to right-click a mob spawn egg on it.

• Please note, the following spawners are disallowed:

  • Villager Spawners

  • Iron Goldem Spawners

  • Vindicator Spawners

  • Wither

  • Wither Skeletons

  • Dragon

  • Warden

Obtaining Mob Eggs and Spawners

• Spawners can be obtained through /vshop, trading Spawner Fragments, and Crates.

• Mob Eggs can be obtained through existing crates. or through the Egg Crate @ /warp EggCrate.

Entity Stacking

• Mobs from spawners can stack up to 32.

Entity AI

• Mobs from spawners that have been player placed have no AI to reduce server lag.

Spawner Fragments

• Obtain Fragment Extractors to harvest natural spawners. By doing this, you will receive 1-3 Spawner Fragments per spawner.

• Trade 9 Spawner Fragments for One Spawner at /warp trader.

• Obtain Fragment Extractors through /crates and /crystalshop.
