Bug Report

What is bug reporting?

Bug reporting is the act of bringing an issue/exploit/bug to the staff teams attention.

How do I provide a bug report?

To provide us an official suggestion, you must head to our Community Discord Serverarrow-up-right.

Head to the #bot-spamarrow-up-right channel.

Type /ehbug and click the command that pops up.

From there, hit enter, you will be given the following menu. Enter your bug you've found in the top box. The second box will ask you to provide steps on how to reproduce the issue, this is an important box, please follow it and don't skip over it. The third box will ask you to provide extra information, however, is not required. Just know, any information you provide is and will always be helpful and will save you and the staff team time in the long run!

Do not enter anything inside the fourth box, however, ensure you read it.

Once your bug report is written, hit submit. It will then be posted in the bugs channel for the community to not only vote on(if they're experiencing it), but also to discuss your bug report and provide information that you might have missed or did not provide.

When will a bug report be fixed?

No bug will ever have an ETA. However, please know we don't ignore bug reports. Bugs will be fixed when possible. We often have to find fixes, and or wait for 3rd Party Members to fix it on their end, and we cannot control other people.

What statuses are available for a bug?

PENDING: This status means you have reported something, and it has been successfully created. During this status, the community can vote either for it, which means they're also experiencing it, or against it, which means they're not experiencing it.

ACCEPTED: This status means your bug is accepted and verified by a member of our staff team. However, as mentioned above, it does not mean it's been fixed, or has been given a specific time on when it will be fixed.

FIXED: Once a bug has been fixed, and then officially implemented, the bug will be given the Implemented status and removed from the bugs channel.

DENIED: This means your bug has been denied and deeemd not a bug. This is often seen when players are reporting an issue on their end, and or are misunderstanding how a feature works. If required, staff will ask you to resubmit your report in the form of a suggestion.
